2. Budgeting & Estimating – Our budgeting is reliable and accurate. Following initial conferences, we move to estimating, based on actual quantities, sequences and cost factors.
3. Feedback – We provide ongoing cost feedback during design so that the architect and owner can evaluate the consequences of their decisions.
4. Proposal & Scheduling – Finally our construction proposal includes our recommended approach to the construction process, including scheduling based on computerized critical-path procedures for a predictable outcome.
