Below is a simplified step-by-step
of the Team Approach from beginning to end.
1) Design Consultation
- Mid State team members work directly with the owner and
architect, to determine appropriate methods, systems and materials.
Our 44 years of experience as a company combined with a diverse
group of knowledgeable construction professionals, assure
this initial step is invaluable.
2) Budgeting & Estimating
- Our budgeting is reliable and accurate. Following initial
conferences, we move to estimating, based on actual quantities,
sequences and cost factors.
3) Feedback - We provide
ongoing cost feedback during design so that the architect
and owner can evaluate the consequences of their decisions.
4) Proposal & Scheduling
- Finally our construction proposal includes our recommended
approach to the construction process, including scheduling
based on computerized critical-path procedures for a predictable
outcome.
